I was extremely grateful for the honest, direct and speedy service I received when I brought in my dysfunctional HP Laptop. Not only did the Computer Guys fix the laptop by installing a refurbished hard drive (free of charge), but I ended up purchasing a much better laptop that works great and my family is really enjoying. Gordon was honest and frank with me regarding the condition of my low grade laptop. He generously installed a healthy hard drive and because he had a matching one “lying around” he didn’t charge me, which is an honest practice that tends to be lacking in today’s economy. I will definitely bring them my business again and recommend them to others.

We have traveled from Wisconsin to Arizona in search of a winter getaway. We brought our computer, which has our “Life” in it, to Phoenix and discovered it didn`t like the change.Gordon greeted us as local customers, not looking at were we were from but what help we needed. Our needs were his first concern.He stopped what he was doing and fixed us up beyond our expectations. He sold us only what we needed and at a price way below anyone else. His is the only shop we will be dealing with during our winter stay.
I brought in a couple of new mother boards to have the tech guys check them out to see if they needed to have BIOS up dates done on them and in a short time while I waited they where done with all of them they did a great job keep up the good work guys and the cost was very reasonable. I recommend them to every one and any one.. they wont rip you off..
I am very satisfied to know that there are still businesses that treat people fairly. I took my daughter’s HP laptop in for a new DC inlet plug, had it replaced quickly and at a very reasonable price. Best Buy (Geek Squad) wouldn’t even know anything for 2 weeks and were charging me a minimum starting price of $85! The Computer guys had it taken care of within a week and the bill saw less than Best Buy’s minimum starting price!!! My family and I are proud to support such a trustworthy and fair small business. I hope to be a long-time customer and highly recommend these guys.
Hello I wanted to leave a message regarding the small family owned and run business of ComputerGuys. When walking in the store I am greeting with kindness and respect.
I have purchased several computers over the last several years and also have had many computer services related to viruses, software installs, hardware upgrades, software upgrades to simply maintentance on my computers. The staff is polite straight forward and I never felt ripped off. The prices are very reasonable, and anyone can afford to get repairs.
Computer guys have been great to us for all of our computer needs. Computers can get viruses and other stuff and with the knowledge and experience behind computer guys, I am reassured that I can take my computersr to them for any reason and not have to wonder if my computer will be in better condition. Anothe good thing is that their registered with the better business bureau. Theres no other place that makes me feel more comfortable and who is ever so patient with me. I hope other people will consider this and remember that computer guys is the only place for your computer needs. They also have competitive rates and a better attitude with everyone than all computer stores I have been to before. Thanks computer guys!
You guys did such a great job fixing my computer and saving my pictures and documents. My husband and I were afraid we had giant paper weight and you were able to not only fix it, but upgrade it as well. The price was extremely reasonable, and you were very quick!

We had only had our laptop for a couple months when my little brother decided to borrow it and bounce it off the kitchen floor. We were distraught to say the least, but thankfully we found the ComputerGuys! Fast, Friendly, affordable and the best service I have ever gotten from any electronic store. I am a customer for life! Just last week, my computer was a mess, (and so was I). I was unable to pull my school information up. I called on Gordon and briefly explained what was going on, I have done business with Computer Guys and have been very pleased with the results each time. They give very sound information, and they are outstanding at what they do, and most importantly how they do it!
I want to say I’m uneasy when it comes to lack of knowledge with things I do not understand, with this being said, I have complete trust and certainty, that when I have to repair my computer I solely depend on Computer Guys to get the job done based on their ability to meet the needs of others first.
I thought my laptop’s fan had died and brought it in. These guys diagnosed it as just dust that collected and cleaned it out with compressed air for free! I’m very satisfied and they have excellent customer service.
These guys are awesome. They are what I love about small business they are in it to help you not scam your money. I have purchased two computers from them and I am completly satisfied. They stand behind their product. They were even nice enough to put virus protection on my new laptop. I would / have/ and will continue to recommend them to anyone needing help.

I live in the far west valley, and ran across the ComputerGuys website while searching for a company to help me with the problems I was having with my old outdated computer. I was very impressed by all of the great customer comments about them and their Free Estimates / Diagnosis policy.
All I can say, is I wish I had learned about ComputerGuys earlier! They do live up to all of the great reviews they receive here and more! They had my old dilapidated computer up and going within few seconds, I do mean seconds by the way, not minutes. The cost; I almost fainted, not because it was high, but because of how low it was.
While I was there I happened to mention I was into online gaming and they took time to show me a few of their custom built computers. I was truly impressed with the quality and their prices. I told them I would definitely be back in the future. (I’ve been looking around for a new computer since the end of last year.)

) I had gone to the appointment I had down the street and by the time I was finished, I knew I was going to go right back to the Computer Guys and purchase a new computer before going home.

Have have been dealing with ComputerGuys for several years, Have purchase multiple products and never encountered any issues. I have and will continue to recommend computer guys as reliable and reasonable Computer store. Not just for repairs but also sales. I rely on Computer Guys for all my Computer needs whether being Hardware, Software, wiring, attachments and I continue to see them when I am looking to replace (upgrade) a machine for memory, speed, cables monitors

Gordon and his team are top notch. I highly recommend them. He is fair and his prices are way better than taking your computer to Best Buy or Data Doctors. It is very difficult to find comprehensive computer repair in this area.
Along those lines, he is someone you can trust! If you want to be treated right and get your computer repaired properly, take it to Computer Guys!!
Finally!! Peace of mind!! I’m very thrilled to be referred to Gordon and his company!! I can finally relax and know there is someone who will take me step by step to help me understand this computer world and not cost me a fortune! My old computer got a virus and when I found the Computer Guys I was instantly put at ease that all my troubles were going to be fixed and at a VERY reasonable price! I had always been afraid to call an expert because of the price but Gordon was very understanding and more than reasonable – finally I have my own personal computer guy I can trust! I will be referring him to my fellow Realtors – our computers are manditory for our lively hood. This takes one large stress off my job!
Computer Guys went out of their way for my home computer repairs. They were honest and reasonable on their pricing and my computer is performing flawlessly. So, I purchased my daughters school laptop from Computer Guys and had it upgraded by Computer Guys as well. I can’t say enough about the focus on customer satisfaction that Gordon and his staff reflected. When my computer stopped working I was upset, frustrated and nervous it was going to cost a lot to repair. However, I found The Computer Guys and decided to see what they could do for me. I brought in my CPU and within minutes they had diagnosed the problem, fixed it while I waited, and didn’t rob me! They were terrific and trustworthy and I have recommended them to numerous others who have recently had trouble with their PC’s & laptops.
